My name is Tonči Grgičević — founder and guide behind Tonči's Tours, born and raised on the island of Hvar.

Growing up on Hvar, one of the most beautiful islands in the world, I had the privilege of calling this place home. From an early age, I felt a deep desire to share its beauty, stories, and way of life with others. After finishing high school, I moved to Split for university, but my heart has always been divided between the island and the mainland — spending summers on Hvar and the rest of the year in Split.

Over the past 7+ years working in tourism and welcoming travelers from all over the world, I've learned what truly makes a journey unforgettable. It's not just about the places you visit; it's about how you feel while experiencing them. Today, people aren't looking for rushed tours or crowded buses. They're looking for something real, personal, and meaningful.

That belief led me to start my own small, private business.

What began as a simple taxi service two years ago has naturally grown into something much more. In 2025, I became a licensed tourist guide, turning my passion for people, storytelling, and my homeland into what I do every day.

Today, I offer a unique combination of private transfers and personalized guiding — all led by one person. No middlemen, no agencies, no fixed scripts. Just me, sharing my Dalmatia with you.
