About This Tour

Your journey begins in Split, along the vibrant Riva promenade, leading into Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979. Explore its underground substructures, the impressive Peristyle square, the ancient Egyptian sphinx, and Temple of Jupiter. The Split tour lasts about 90–120 minutes.

A short drive brings you to Salona, the ancient Roman capital of Dalmatia. Walk among the ruins of basilicas, early Christian cemeteries, city walls, and thermal baths, and admire the amphitheatre which once hosted 17,000 spectators.

Next, climb to Klis Fortress, perched strategically between mountains and sea. Enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Split, the Adriatic islands, and surrounding landscapes. Klis is also a famous Game of Thrones filming location.

Your final stop is Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage site on a small island. Stroll through narrow medieval streets, visit the Cathedral of St. Lawrence with its famous Romanesque portal by Master Radovan (1240), and explore Kamerlengo Fortress.
